Pragmatic Solutions has launched its Player Account Management platform in Ireland to support operators within the country's new remote betting licensing framework. The platform activation coincides with the upcoming implementation of licenses issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, which take effect on July 1, 2026.
The provider completed necessary platform, front-end, and compliance configurations to align with the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. The system now handles Ireland-specific player registration, KYC and age verification processes, AML workflows, and responsible gambling controls. Additionally, the setup includes payment restrictions, regulatory display requirements, and auditability tools required for local operations.
Executive Commentary and Future Outlook
Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, stated that the launch reflects a focus on providing operators with platform stability and compliance readiness for new jurisdictions. Michael Boylan, COO, noted that market entry required disciplined delivery across engineering and operations to ensure the platform met local requirements from the start.
The company plans to monitor future regulatory phases, including the expected B2B supplier licensing regime.
Previously, Pragmatic Solutions established its PAM platform as a modular architecture enabling operators to manage wallets, CRM, and fraud controls through an API-first approach. The system allows clients to select technology partners while maintaining a stable foundation for regulated market operations.
