Deal Conditions and Timeline

The agreement is contingent on the successful completion of due diligence and the subsequent execution of binding sale and purchase documents. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.SkyCity stated that cash proceeds are expected in late 2026 once all conditions are satisfied. The sale operates within the company’s broader asset monetisation programme.
